I and my team are dedicated to working with clients in a safe way that complies with local, state, and federal health and safety guidelines. As of May 2021, I am fully vaccinated for Covid-19. I also completed two courses in and certified for Covid-19 Infection Control for photo and video productions in May and December 2020. I am a member of a Covid Compliance Officer California group that shares resources and updated information for health safety protocol during shoots and continue to take refresher courses on a regular basis.

First and foremost, I will work with you to create a plan for a safe shoot that is customized to your needs. This plan will include:

• Having a pre-production safety call with all who will be physically present at the shoot

• Minimizing the number of people on set needed for the shoot

• Requesting that all involved agree to and sign Covid Liability Waivers that outline the safety protocols

• Scheduling staggered arrivals and breaks for crew, clients, and talent

• Conducting a wellness check with a contactless thermometer and health questionnaire of each person before entry to location

• Requiring all persons on set be 100% symptom free, vaccinated, and/or appropriately masked

• Providing sanitation stations with PPE for all to use

• Monitoring social distancing and frequent hand washing

Additionally, I will work with you to determine if other measures make sense for the shoot, including but not limited to:

• Virtual or socially-distanced in-person location walk through

• Covid testing off-site prior to the shoot for all involved

• Covid Compliance Officer (crew member in charge of sanitation during the production and compliance with health safety guidelines)

• Remote client communication if the client is not on-site
